Hi

 

After two years of looking, we are finally in the process of buying 12.7 acres in Cornwall.

 

Just checking the proceedures haven't changed since I bought the book.

 

1. So after we complete, we plan on having a borehole put in.

2. We will also look at some way of connecting to electric - may get a solar panel or windmill company to connect us and give free electric in return for FITs...there must be some deal like that.

3. Put in our 28 day notice

4. start building... get mobile home. I'll be working pretty full time so won't be able to say I'm working X hours a week on the barn. Di will be living on the land and can say she is.

5. we finish within 5 years..

 

All Ok so far?
