Just read on planning portal that agricultural buildings can now be converted to residential as well as commercial with prior notice ;)) this should make life a lot easier for people... Only thing is I have a barn which was on the land when I bought it, they didn't get prior approval for it and it would no way meet building regs. And I have 5 wooden stables for equestrian use on a concrete pad which has got permission and have been in situ for 20+ years..... What to do??
