nearly one year we are looking to buy a peace of land.size around 12-15acres...area-around derbyshire.i checking every day online,papers-but still nothing.until march we would like to find anything -what you suggest?any other ways to find land?its possible just to go to farmers and ask maybe theyre have something-or this way not working ?

Probably be a bit more pro-active and get out there and ask landowners rather than wait for the advert. Sometimes land gets sold on because of the local knowledge & it never gets to advert.

There was 23 acres going, in Dervyshire but it was National Park I think - Peak District - maybe un-farmable but good for sheep. It was advertised on Ebay this morning.
