The electric pole where I think my supply would come from, if i ever get to that stage, is on a boundary fence between my grumpy neighbour and another farmer who is ok and as yet i have been unable to ascertain who has the pole, don't want to ask and raise any eyebrows so just doing slow drivebys at the moment.
Now, if the pole is on grumpys side, he will not willingly give me a wayleave, but I wonder if the power company could overrule him as the post is on a boundary fence and the supply would (hopefully) run up nice farmers fenceline. Obviously nice farmer will want nice money for this which i am happy to pay, but won't pay out to grumpyguts.
So can a powercompany simply give me a supply from a boundary pole regarless of landowners objections?
