Can your family live in caravan with you when building a barn?

They say the use of the Mobile Home  falls under Schedule 2 Part 4 Temporary Buildings and Uses providing it does not become a permanent form of accommodation, ie. to house your family or become permanent accommodation for an agricultural worker.

 

What confirmation is there of families being allowed to live with the one employed on building operations?

 

I am looking for planning appeals, history of this if anyone can point the way.
