Hi

as part of our masterplan lol
we are looking to keep everything pigs, ducks, sheep, cows etc etc
but my wife is a trained groom and riding instructor
so we were going to turn part of the land into a equestrian facility
how would this effect the principle's of the book?

Hi
I am sorry to say if you are going to use any part of the land for an equestrian business the system in the book will not work and you would need to apply for planning permission for any horse related business, sorry

Hi
The agricultural occupancy condition will prevent you from doing anything other than an agricultural business, and it is possible to keep a horse for recreational purposes but you will have problems with the planners they will keep saying what you are doing is equestrian regardless of what you do.
