Good morning all
Many thanks to everyone for the answers to my queiries posted so far. I have a much clearer idea of how to proceed now and about to submit a 28 day notice for poly tunnel and storage barn. Just one remaining question.
I do not have access to mains sewers and so will need to have a septic tank installed.
Will this need planning permision?
If so - will the planners 'smell a rat' and suspect that I am trying to live on the land using the 28 day notice?
Can they refuse permission or use any other excuse to prevent me from going ahead with my plans?
Regards Saffire
