[Cornish Gems]

We only ask this because a number of topics are being raised in General Chat that could be put into one of the sub-forums in Social Groups.

Secondly, we have found that we cannot easily find any of the topics in any of the sub-Forums in Regional Groups or Special Interest Groups and believe that we are not the only ones, although we can enter some of them if we go to 'Show All Social Forums'. However, we cannot for instance see what is posted in say 'Cheshire' - we get the message, "This forum is protected by a password!
You must enter the correct forum password to gain access to this forum. Please ensure that your browser is capable of storing temporary cookies."

We are wondering therefore whether it would be better if the main Social Groups Forum could be closed and the topics thereunder moved elsewhere.

What do others think?

Yes, I too have been asked for a password to view some social forums, but my usual password will not work so I cannot view them.

We're still newbies so still learning about this site and forums etc, but I thought it was strange that I couldn't access the social forums, especially the Cornwall one as we are in Cornwall... Thought I was missing something on my profile, but couldn't work out how/where to put my location. Glad it seems it's not just me.

Great site and very helpful general forum - everyone seems really lovely and friendly and helpful.

It has been some time since we looked at the forum for Social Groups and its sub-forums. We suspect that we are not the only ones. Please Steve do you think you could put the topics therein back into a more easily accessible location so that more members/visitors would be able to find them?
