If yoiu have decided on the land you would like to hsve and have now made an offer on it which has been accepted, then we have acquired some excellent pre-contract enquiries. We are willing to send these to any email address, for £5.00 only (paid into our Paypal account or by another method by arrangement!! We do, however, need to know particulars about the land you are purchasing...... is it bare land without any buildings or something else? The form you will receive will also be 'open' to amendments by yourselves if you or your solicitor feels there is something else that needs clarification and then of course it can be sent to the vendor who will easily be able to answer each and every question!!!!

We say this because we sent the attachment to our vendors and they were able to amend it to include their answers!

Sodbuster has been the first recipient of this excellent attachment and he seems quite pleased with what we have sent him about purchasing bare land without any buildings. However we do also have other enquiries available depending on your circumstances.

Please note that these enquiries we provide are in a format with which additional questions can easily be inserted and that once sent to the Vendor he will easily be able to insert his answers.
