During our many trips between Cornwall and Devon, we have noticed that near the junction of the A30 and the A38, there are many fields in which crops have been planted and that these crops are now producing blue flowers. We cannot see these flowers close up, but the colour is similar to that produced to by a borage.
Can anyone identify these for us? And what is their purpose? And would they be easy to grow/profitable/etc?
