Hello Everyone,
I live in West Cornwall on a smallholding with a dwelling but have friends who are currently living in their Atcost Building,so fingers crossed for them.
Does anyone live near me,11 miles from Lands End,I would be interested to meet up maybe.
I also have a friend who bought 25 acres of bare land did everything without planning and then proceeded down the business route and she now has planning for her 1200 sq ft mobile and all the relevent buildings. She doesnt want a brick house,What happens if you are happy with your mobile home and dont want a brick house with the field to farm system?Does it still work. She got her planning on racehorses.Another friend bought 30 acres of bare land but he put in planning for barns, stables, horse walker, manege and mobile home and got it all with planning,in fact the planning officer told him to place his mobile home on the site he might want to build a house!

Interesting isnt it.
Speak again soon
