We see no reason why these successful businesses cannot be carried out on larger parcels of land or just as an add-on bearing in mind the need to pass the Financial Test

I actually used extracts of this in my appraisal for OWD and would recommend others use it in this way. It is a third party report which is in my mind worth more than theplanning consultants reports that lean heavily in favour of whoever is paying. I sent it to all the councillors on the planning committee.
