We have just launched our very own Catering Trailer (Poachers Pantry) Pontardawe !

We will be up and running end of March, and we will be selling our own produce, bacon and eggs from our own stock. Highland beef burgers, faggots and peas a must !

We have all the relevant licenses in tow, Liability insurance, Health & Hygiene certificates,
and waiting for the food safety team to award us with the relevant stars, which we are hoping to be high from a total re-fit !

So if you are looking for something other than the bog standard Catering Trailer for your weekend event. That will give you Gate to Plate produce at reasonable prices for your customers..

We will be availabe for weekend events through the summer and winter months, we are based in the Swansea area (don't mind travelling a few miles)

We don't think we can remember seeing a catering trailer with 'stars' - What/who exactly is the food safety team?

For the rest of it, congratulations Ruthie - it sounds as though there is yet another success story for the community.

Just had an idea - how about holding an F2F Fest on your land so that we can all buy our lunches from you?!!!

Hi Cg - Down this way they are called the Food Safety Team they are based with the Trading Standards Team.
There is a new law out, which states you must put on show your Grading, Which is Stars, there
are five of them. 1 - poor to 5 - being excellent.

Every Catering establishment must now put them in full view from hot dog stalls to classy restaurants.

And yes let us do the entrance of our land this year (road way in) and all welcome maybe 2013

Hi Helen, we will be in the layby on way to ystalyfera on left hand side. just after tescos (BY PASS).

Have been awarded with a 5* Grading from our local Food Safety Team !
