due to losing my house and 3 acres due to fraud in 09 i lost the house and land i have been here 15 years and have used it for a sanctuary for small equines i have already been to apeal at the welsh asembly and can keep the sanctuary 3 stables on it but have not been able to keep a small porta cabin i use for hay and straw , a van back i use for shelter in a back feild that wi have to has not on th first apeal and a small touring caravan i have all my wordly good in
I do have a stone building i used as a dog grooming salon and 4 kennels for my own rescued dogs, this building faces the house i used to own but i have for some reason lost the legal right to go down the lane and in to my building the new owners of the house are violent towards me, the council say i cant make it into anything so no home i am homeless so when the static goes i will have no home and have to live in a hedgerow i am not able to get any help from the govenment no sick pay nothing even my pension is now not allowed until 2015 so i cant afford to rent i can work because i am not able to use my stone building
I have to have the apeal in by 1st sept 11 so have asked a planning consultant to help but i dont think even they know how to help [ and it will cost me about £2.000
i will definitely lose the stastic i would gladly lose the porta cabin if i was allowed a new purpose build hay loft but the council say NO ? as for the van back if i could have a new shelter on skids i would but i wont be allowed those even though i have 3 already on a different field is there anything i can do they say i am not a small holding because i havent 12 and a half acers only about 12 i am desperate and need some help urgently I HAVE DONKEYS PONIES A PIG HENS GEESE DOGS IN KENNELS WHAT CAN I DO
