If you ask to see your Enforcement file you will probably recieve something like this.

Further to your recent request for information which we received on 20 December 2010, we have considered your request according to the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 and respond as follows.

You have requested to see:

i) the full working file with regard to a planning enforcement matter with regard to your property

We have discussed your request with the relevant department and are advised that you have seen all information you are entitled to from this file. Any other information held on the file is considered exempt from disclosure under Exception 12(4)(e) of the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 - Internal Communications.

The Council considers that the public interest would be better served by not disclosing this information.

They will probably not draw your attention to this document
