just ordered both your books(yesterday) and cant wait to start reading,in the mean time could you clarify this situation, as posted previously I live within walking distance of my 4 acres but am soon going to rent a further 9 acres opposite.
Can I use permitted development rights to build a barn and live on site whilst doing so?

Yes you can if your land meets the criteria, everything is covered in the book it would be better if you read it through and then asked questions about anything you do not understand.
