Planning permission for the property was only granted on the basis that it should be occupied by a person solely or mainly employed or last employed in the locality in agriculture as detailed in section (1) in the Town and Country Planning Act 1971. How can I get this removed from the property and has anyone got any details of the act and a way arround it. also any address of the government site showing the act.

I would like to purchase such a dwelling, but I do not work in agriculture. I am registered Disabled and would like to have the restriction removed if I buy it.
