We bought our land 4 years ago, and have followed the Field to Farm route successfully so far.

I work away, so I am only home at the weekends and my wife can’t do everything - building the farm and creating the business with me there only 2 days a week.

We have had a very supportive planning officer, who has given us no problems over the last 4 years, but we are always going to struggle to get the business running.

So, we have made a decision to sell up.

It’s 5.04 hectares, level ground. Electric and water. Static caravan. We had PD for 2 polytunnel sand a barn, 1 polytunnel is built. (4 years to build a polytunnel... yes, our enforcement officer was ‘onside’!)

Auction - estimate £80000 - £110000
