hi all just a bit of advice needed ,we gave LPA prior notification for pd agricultural building and were told it required prior approval and were given a notice to display for 21 days and then on day 20 of the 21 days it was displayed the LPA stated they were not happy with the siting of the building so we have now instructed our planning consultant that we are happy to have it were ever they want it , my question is the plans refered to in the notice that are also on the planning portal website are the original ones so if we have to change the plans do we have to repeat the 21 day public notice .
