Hi I haven't posted on here for a while. I won on my appeal to start a care farm. The land is now classed as c2. I would like to go to the next step and put in to live on land whilst setting up care farm etc. This has been a long drawn out process starting 5 ,,years ago. Just wondering what other things you may suggest with the new class of land. My mojo has dived. I feel now I could maximise the value and get out and buy somewhere already done. Getting older!

Well done , it sounds like you had a battle to get there but won in the end
You are five years older But would you find a plot of land already done with a business up and running ?
Do you still get PD to build a barn and get living there like that ?
