Hi Guys
Some of you remember me, and guess a few new ones on here will not.
Basically after managing 5 years on our land building our barn, roadways in and lots of fencing ditching, only now
we have our friendly Enforcement officer on our back.
Although knew everything what to expect five years ago, taken my eye off the ball so to speak as built up our enterprise and farming business,
and they just forgot about us, and we forgot about them and just worked our socks off.
NOW LOL I need to get back on track with planning !
We had a planning contravention notice delivered by hand this morning, stating
" it appears to them that there may have been a breach in planning control"
There has been an opportunity to make representations in response to this notice - if you wish to make an offer to apply for planning permission, or to refrain from Blah blah blah the council or representatives will consider on Monday (next) at 10.30am when you will be able to make such an offer.
Wasn't expecting that paragraph.
Other than that - questions relating to use of land.
I think the next stage is respond to appointement next Monday with my paperwork for 3 years temp ?
Any advice on matter, as always greatfully received.
