[lodge farm]

temporary building there uses 

my planning enforcement officer informs me that part 4, class A of the GPDO order 2015 does not allow temporary buildings for residential uses is she correct?

 

I have started work converting my barn to residential under the prior approval, have placed a mobile on the site and am living in it while carrying out the conversion works. I have just been requested to remove it within 28 days. She also goes on to say please be aware that a report has been drafted for the planning committee requesting authority to serve an enforcement notice should the residential use of the mobile home not cease, and the mobile home is not removed from the site.
