Field to Farm Community: Sapphire - Viewing Profile

I've got a livery stable and I first got planning to live in a Log Cabin. This took a long time, the planners fought it long and hard but I finally got my permission at Appeal after proving functional need. I've since gained permission for, and built my Dream House for which I had to show that the livery stable was a profitable business.
I'd like to build another house using Dave's system. Obviously this project won't be able to be horse related but the site I have in mind is mainly woodland so not suitable for horses anyway, and whilst I appreciate that Dave's system will sort things out for the first 5 years, my experience at Appeals should stand me in good stead to get the permanent dwelling as I would be very surprised if this would get approved by any planning committee, since their noses will probably still be out of joint over the mobile moving on without them having a say in the matter !
