Hi I am new to this site so forgive my ignorance!
I own and have done for the past 10 years 12 acres of land in south wales. I got planning (luckily) for a block of 4 stables
a tack room and a feed room within a year of buying it which people said I wouldnt get!. I also have a mobile caravan on there
but was only given permission to use it for storage at the time. Its been there now for about 6 years. Upto now I have only used
my land for horses but I now want to use my land for an agricultural business and wish to live there...How do I do it and do I need planning permission?? Any advise would be great Thanks
