check out this planing farce, submitted via a consultant so i didnt end up smacking a planner, and firstly they approved the PD, and then after day 30 the head planner objected.and editted the online approval

 

now they cant object only submit to full planning application a PD notice and by objecting on day 30, approval by default due to the 28 dayrule
