my solicitor rang to say, the road outside the property was a private road…so they are waiting to see if access will be granted…this came from the council, through a search…..

 

i did a bit of research,,,rang a few of the neighbours…then rang highways department..checked and double checked using google earth to cross reference with the councils maps……....and the road is…..council owned, council maintained…..glad i could of been of assistance …..

 

managed to get the official number of the road along with contact details of names and numbers for my solicitor …...

getting closer, i have had the forms outlining  the purchase, to sign ….all looks in order, and good to know the land was, or is registered with the organic soil association, not that i will be renewing...
