5.44 acres with stables and sheds - how to go about planing for dwelling??

Hi

 

Have read the book and is great advice. But understand in order for it to work you need 12-13 acres.

 

I am in the process of purchasing 5.4 acres with 4 stables and 4 sheds on. The stables and sheds have planning and were erected in 2002.

 

My question is how do i go about getting planning for a 40x20 ft mobile home and a shed/store and evidentially a dwelling (small 3 bed bungalow).
