we have just found out from our local village gossip magazine that the LPA have decided that they can not take action against us for living in our caravan while building our barn.

now do we sue their butts etc for their harrsing action etc or let it lie til they refuse our intended apprasial application?

i'm no expert jas, but i would let it lieā€¦. think of the bigger picture when you have the barn built, and a good steady business

i agree with the consensus , 'let the man that seek's revenge dig two graves' .  save your energy for any future dealings with the lpa.   Looks like you are well on your way now.  well done.

I would say that one should be selective of their battles too.

I like a good letter campain as the next man, but here you have a chance to move on.  I would say that if one doesnt know HOW to fight this one then one should let it drop.  But in the mean time I would make a pack of the situation and pull all relivent documentaions together so that in the future I have the ability to re-read the issues from a few years time in one night and not waste time trying to find old letters and telephone recordings.
