Hey F2Fettes
I have recently bought a 24 acre small holding which has been previously run as an agricultural farm and fits the F2F parameters
They have already been granted planning permission for a small barn... How does this effect the F2F system?
Can i just crack on? Build it myself and order my mobile home now?
Do I still need to do the 28 day notice?
Does it matter if it us outline or detailed planning permission?
Your help at this important juncture is much appreciated
