Hi Guys,

Anyone ever had to deal with Horsham Council, Looking for a little insight as to what they are like to deal with ?

We are looking at a parcel of land between Ashington /Adversane and am curious as to Horsham's take on the Field to Farm process.

Hi Loymead,

Horsham are about average as planning departments go (i.e. not great).

Does that bit of land have the word bramble associated in it's name. If so, I'd advise steer clear.

Hi Loymead - welcome to the forum.  If you intend following the F2F route, you will firstly need the book and then you can join the bookowners group with full access to the forum. If you contact a moderator via messages with the correct password they will change your status to that of bookowner.

Re your request regarding Horsham Council best it is to look at their planning website and check out some  of the planning applications for permitted development which will give you an indication of the way they think.

I have applied numerous times to HDC and have a current one in for PD.
They are a bit of a nightmare. But can't say too much as I guess they might even be monitoring this forum!
