A: Hello, I am so sorry that I did not reply earlier, but I have been a way for some time with my family in the north of england.

The plot is agricultral and has a barn approximately 50 ft by 10 wide. there is a stream and woodland included the post code is ex21 5uf you can find it on google map but it takes you to the left of the farm in halwill.  you can recognise it by looking for a sand school.

We are just in the process of seeking retro planning on permissive basis for the barn.
