Wanted: Field To Rent Within 20 Miles Of Crawley, West Sussex Wanted

We are seeking a large, flat field to rent ideally within 20 miles of Crawley, although willing to consider locations up to 30 miles.  

Land will not be damaged or altered in any way.  

Ideal location includes the following :-

Flat grassy area of no less than 3 acres
Minimum of 200 metres from any residential property
Roadside access
No fencing or other obstacles within the area rented
Ideally recreational use rights although agricultural land that meets the requirements is also acceptable
High risk of flood and/or existing areas of water likely to be acceptable
Silage fields are normally ideal as our requirements are approximately 20-30% of total area where monthly rent is scaled to more than offset any loss of yield

We are willing to pay a fair, monthly rent of £400 upwards (depending on size, location, etc.) for use of the land exclusively on Saturdays and Sundays between the hours of 9 am to 5 pm with the possibility of expanding use (if mutually acceptable) to include weekdays as well (at which point an increased rent will be given in line with the number of extra days).
